DreamBuilder
DreamBuilder is a cloud-based, self-paced online business skills development and certification program that helps female entrepreneurs convert dreams into enterprises that enrich families, communities, and nations.
A cornerstone of Freeport McMoRan’s corporate social responsibility program, and managed by Thunderbird for Good, DreamBuilder consists of 13 step-by-step courses for aspiring entrepreneurs.
First launched in Peru and Chile in 2012, the program has subsequently been implemented in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and several other nations.
Drawing from user profiles and the survey responses of participants, Seidman has quantified progress and outcomes associated with program activities; identified associations and relationships; and offered a series of future recommendations.
Seidman is also working on a 3-year longitudinal study to estimate the long-run impact of program graduates.
