ITC Holdings Corp.

ITC Holdings Corp. is the nation’s largest independent electric transmission company. Established in 2003, ITC currently operates in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, and portions of Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The company also focuses on new areas where significant transmission system improvements are needed through ITC Grid Development and its subsidiaries.

In late 2017, Seidman was commissioned to provide an independent and objective assessment of the potential economic impact of a proposed pump storage station in Yavapai County, 2018 through 2042. A REMI model was used to estimate economic impacts.
