The Central Idea

Seidman has completed a study on behalf of the University City Exchange at ASU, in partnership with several private and nonprofit partners and government agencies, to quantify the potential economic impacts of the revitalization of a 1.5 mile Central Avenue corridor in downtown Phoenix.

The study included a current audit of the corridor; forecasts of organic and stimulated growth that could take place in the corridor over the next 5-10 years; and a review of the potential economic impact of annual signature events held in other U.S. locations.
