Mohave County

In spring 2021, Seidman was commissioned by Mohave County District Office #1 to estimate the purchasing power of pass through traffic in the City of Kingman along Interestate-40 and US Highway-93.

Beginning with an overview of the retail and restaurant landscape within the Kingman area, the study examined current and projected traffic forecasts and state and local tax revenues.

Cell phone tracking data was used to estimate the number of visits and customer primary residences for four key retailers and two restaurants within the City, 2017 through 2019.  The study concluded by drawing comparisons with other towns and cities in Arizona, including Marana, Maricopa, Payson, Prescott and Yuma.
